- The highlighted point shows where this provider sits. Any provider with a segment of 1 or 2 that is reporting a deficit or is in receipt of deficit support will automatically have its segment downrated to 3, so may appear in a higher-performing band on this chart.
- Segment colours
- The segment colours below are a visual aid used in this dashboard and are not part of the official NOF methodology.
Each metric is scored on a scale of 1 to 4, where 1 is the highest rating and 4 is the lowest. Providers in financial deficit are capped at segment 3 regardless of their metric performance.
