STEP 3: ORGANISATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND DATA REQUIREMENTS
Once the care system's priorities and activities have been determined, the focus shifts to the more detailed and operational assessment of the data requirements of individual organisations within the care system.
There are three stages within this step:

Distribute your care system's activities between the organisations you wish to undertake them
- Establish whether the allocated organisations have sufficient lawful basis in their own right or need to contract with others, and determine your data controllers and processors
- Identify the data required by each organisation and map the flows from your data store
