Note:* NHS England identified an error in the publication of the Dementia Assessment and Referral data collection for Quarter 1 2013/14. Corrected data for Quarter 1 2013/14 were published on 4th June 2014. *
Revised data from April 2013 to January 2014 were published on 7th May 2014, and are now included in the June revision.*
*The commentary for each quarter has not been revised as the changes from both these revisions have small impact on national figures.
